A special version of our Marco Polo cheese, made with both green and black peppercorns. Marco Polo Reserve is traditionally cloth-bound and open-air aged, allowing for slightly lower moisture, higher salt content and thus a richer taste and texture while maintaining a clean, creamy finish. This unique cheese is a perfect addition to a cheese plate, or thinly shaved on top of a pasta dish to add an additional layer of flavor. Orders must be placed by end-of-day Tuesday to arrive by the end of that week. Wednesday is the last day of the week for orders to be shipped.

• Orders placed Monday and Tuesday will ship on Wednesday.
• Orders placed Wednesday through end-of-day Sunday will ship on Monday (excluding holidays).
• For orders shipping via Ground or Express Saver, orders must be placed by end-of-day Sunday to ship on Monday and arrive by the end of that week. Ground and Express Saver shipments go out only on Mondays, excluding holidays.

If this shipment is a gift, please make the recipient aware of the impending delivery. We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
