Special Information to Note

Our Side Dishes are frozen products. In order to guarantee the product remains frozen in shipping, we have the following two shipping options available: Standard Overnight and Ground.

For Standard Overnight shipments, our frozen Side Dishes must be ordered by 3pm PST to have the product shipped the following day. Currently, our frozen products ship Monday through Thursday.

For Ground shipments, all orders will be received no more than 7 to 10 days after the receipt of the order.
 

When an order is shipped, customers receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number for their order. If this shipment is a gift, please make the recipient aware of the impending delivery. We are unable to replace items that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
